Just a little about myself
I am a laid back, friendly person who has been married to my husband Paul for 28 years. We have 2 great adult sons, Adrian and Daniel.
I am a Christian and enjoy life.
On reflecting on what to write for this blog, I realised that so much of my life revolves around design.
My day, as a self employed graphic/website designer is full of using my creative energies to provide clients with professional imagery. This can be anything from logo, brochure or business card creations through to website design and development.
Out of hours I also find myself emersed in the design realm by flicking through home decor and craft magazines (of which I have way too many!!). My favourites are Australian Country Stye, Country Home Ideas, SA Life, HomeSpun, House and Garden just to name a few. These magazines often inspire me to make something for our home, or re-decorate a room.
Other interests include socialising with family and friends, reading, gardening, surfing the net, shopping, playing social tennis, baking, home decorating and kicking back with a wine or two.
Some of my favourite TV shows are Packed to the Rafters, Spicks and Specks, Private Practice, Better Homes and Gardens and Lifestyle shows (where have they all gone?). I do follow the AFL (Go Crows!) and enjoy watching the V8's.
